Privacy notice

Symbiont is the Ideation Factory at symbiont.work, operated by Figaro Labs Ltd (“we”), a company registered in the United Kingdom. Registered office: 166 Stratosphere Tower, London E15 1DS, United Kingdom. Figaro Labs Ltd is the data controller. Contact for anything privacy-related: [email protected].

Account: your email address (Google sign-in or magic link). Google sign-in shares only your email and basic profile; we never see your password or contacts.

Your runs: the idea you submit, your spec answers, notes, and the artifacts the factory produces for you.

Technical: standard server logs from our hosting providers. We currently run no advertising trackers on this site.

To run your idea through the factory and show you your runs (performance of a contract); to contact you about your run (legitimate interest / contract); to comply with law. We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t use your ideas to train models or build competing products.

Data is stored with Supabase (project hosted in the EU/UK region) and served via Vercel. Artifacts attached to your run are stored in a storage bucket; treat artifact links as shareable by whoever holds the URL.

We keep run data while your account is active. Email us to access, correct, export or delete your data — deletion removes your account, runs and artifacts within 30 days. UK/EU residents can also complain to their supervisory authority (ICO in the UK).
