Running your idea through the factory's research and product-canvas stages is free. If the verdict is a no-go, you have paid nothing. There is nothing to refund at this stage because there is nothing to pay.
The one-off £20 launch fee pays for the build stages (brand, code, deploy, QA, go-to-market and payments wiring). Because this is a digital service that begins immediately once you launch, you may be asked at checkout to acknowledge that the work starts right away. Where the build has not yet started, email [email protected] and we will refund the £20 in full to your original payment method, normally within 14 days. Once the build has been delivered, the statutory rights in section 4 apply.
Keeping a launched business running is billed monthly in advance and you can cancel at any time — email [email protected] or use the link on your receipt. On cancellation the subscription stays active until the end of the current paid month and does not renew after that. We do not refund a month already started except where required by law. Amounts you pay directly to third parties (for example your own AI/API provider or your own Stripe payouts) are not part of this subscription and are not refundable by us.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel most distance contracts for digital services within 14 days of entering into them. If you ask us to start the service within that period, you may lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. Nothing in this policy limits your non-excludable statutory rights, including the right to a remedy if a digital service is faulty or not as described.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, telling us what you would like to cancel or refund. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and to process any refund due within 14 days to your original payment method.
