Symbiont is the "Ideation Factory" at symbiont.work, operated by Figaro Labs Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (registered office: 166 Stratosphere Tower, London E15 1DS, United Kingdom). "We", "us" and "our" mean Figaro Labs Ltd. By using Symbiont you agree to these terms.
You submit an idea; the factory runs it through research, product definition and — if you choose to launch — build, QA, go-to-market and payments wiring, producing artifacts for you to review and approve. You stay in control: stages that need your call pause for you. Research and the product canvas are free; launching the build is a one-off £20 fee; keeping a launched business running is an operations subscription from £20/month. Prices shown at checkout govern.
You are responsible for the legality of the idea you submit and for how you operate any business we help you launch. Every idea passes a legal gate; clearly unlawful or prohibited ideas will be stopped. You must not use Symbiont to build anything that infringes others' rights, breaks the law, or violates the acceptable-use policies of the providers we rely on. You keep ownership of the ideas you submit and of the artifacts produced for you.
Symbiont relies on third parties (for example hosting, model providers and Stripe for payments). Where you connect your own account or key — such as your own Stripe key to switch on payments in the app we build for you — you are responsible for that account and its fees, and your relationship with that provider is governed by their terms.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are as shown at checkout and are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The factory is a tool to build and launch faster, not a guarantee of commercial success. A clean "no-go" verdict at the research stage is a valid and intended outcome. We provide the service with reasonable skill and care but do not warrant any particular business result.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data.
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at symbiont.work/terms.html. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
